Why Emblema
At Emblema, customer service improvement starts with a simple belief: experience is shaped by many elements, including people, interactions, processes, tools and the decisions made every day.
The name Emblema is inspired by the central piece of a mosaic, the element that brings meaning and coherence to the whole. In the same way, we help organizations place experience at the centre of their decisions and shape it with intention.
Our role is to bring together the right perspectives, identify practical opportunities and help turn them into solutions that support both people and performance.

About the Founder
Emblema inc. was founded by Annie Bonneville, whose approach to customer and employee experience was shaped through years of working closely with people, processes and service environments.
One of the most formative parts of her career was supporting public libraries within a non-profit organization operating under ISO 9001 standards. Working with teams made up largely of volunteers, she developed practical tools, procedures, training and group support to help people deliver services with greater clarity and consistency. She also supported teams through the transition from manual processes to computerized systems, helping people understand the change, adapt to new ways of working and integrate them into their day-to-day reality.
Later, as a public library manager, she brought that same mindset into daily operations helping employees move beyond simply completing transactions and focus instead on the experience created through every interaction with the public.
That perspective still guides Emblema today: understand how people work, make expectations and processes clearer, support change thoughtfully, and shape experiences with intention for both clients and teams.
Our Values
Rigour
We take the time to understand before recommending, grounding our work in observation, insight and thoughtful analysis.
Transparency
We communicate clearly, recommend what is genuinely useful and remain honest about what will — and will not — create value.
Impact
We focus on solutions that make a meaningful difference: improving experiences, reducing friction, saving time and supporting better performance.
Authenticity
We believe solutions should reflect the people and organizations they serve — not force them into a one-size-fits-all approach.
